Postage & Payment
Play To Learn is currently shipping orders within Australia. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly. If product is in stock please allow up to 1-5 working days from your order and payment confirmation. Areas such as Queensland, Nothern Territory, Western Australia and remote areas may take anywhere from 2-10 days.
Play To Learn promotes environmentally-friendly products and so we also understand the importance of using recycled shipping boxes where possible. When your package arrives it is very likely it will be packaged in a recycled cardboard box and with recycled wrappings. We are working towards fading out our plastic Australia Post stachel bags and introducing 'Better Packaging Co' who design sustainable packaging solutions that are Australian certified, home compostable courier stachels.
Play To Learn uses a combination of Australia Post or Fastway Couriers for all deliveries. All orders are sent to a physical address as we do not ship orders to PO BOX addresses.

* This shipping policy is for all orders with a combined package weight of up to 15kg. The majority of toys we sell fall below 15kg, so the above freight costs will be appropriate for the majority of orders. In the instance where an order weighs more than 15kg we will contact you by email with a refined shipping quote for that order.
Please ensure someone is able to sign for your goods when they are delivered, if no one is available the goods will be redirected to your closest Post Office or you can call Fastway Couriers for a re-delivery day.
If you have not received your order within the days specified feel free to contact us via email or phone. Please include your full name and order confirmation number as shown on your confirmation email received from us at the time of purchase.
Pre-orders are items that are currently not in stock but expected at a later date. The estimated arival date of the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, this is treated like an actual order and so you will be charged for the item and freight if your order is under $200-. If your order contains a combination of in stock items and pre-order items these will all be shipped together once your pre-order item arrives in stock.
If multiple orders are placed on the same day or before your order has been dispatched I do not refund for multiple freight charges as not only does it create allot of extra work but it also creates messy accounting work. If you have placed your order and you would like to add items to it before it has been dispatched please contact me so I can add your items without an extra freight charge.
Refunds or Returns Policy
Play To Learn does not offer refunds due to change of mind.
Play To Learn will only accept returns if the goods have been incorrectly described or have a manufacture fault. Every order is inspected by us and packed well before it leaves our store to ensure you receive your product in good condition.
Upon delivery please check that the packaging is not damaged in anyway before signing to accept the goods. If the packaging is damaged in anyway there is a possibility that the product may be damaged. If you do sign to accept the goods after noticing packaging damage and your product has been damaged then unfortunately this is not covered by the freight company or 'Play To Learn'. If you do notice the package is damaged and you refuse to sign for the goods please contact us ASAP via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Lisa on 0423644837 so we can follow this up. In the situation where the package is not damaged however your product is please contact us within 24 hours to notify us so we can follow this up.
If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us. Please note that faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable time frame of 1 month from purchase date. Returns must be sent via Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received we will access the product and contact you via email.
